CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure fairness to all of our clients, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • No-shows will also result in the forfeiture of the deposit. • If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be applied to your next appointment.
